New York-Style Residence

For the family, who recently immigrated from New York, it was important to me to create an open and generous home that blends entertaining with intimate family life. The 250-square-meter home underwent a complete redesign. In the kitchen, we relocated the main electrical panel to a back room and integrated the refrigerator and ovens into a storage wall underneath the staircase. This allowed us to expand the kitchen and create a large island in the center of the space, complete with a family seating area. In the attic, we added a new flight of stairs, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The basement was also redesigned to include an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It was important to me to create a warm, inviting, and elegant home that suits the family's lifestyle and their love for entertaining.
